Can I exchange my item?Updated 6 months ago

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you, and we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days from the moment your order is delivered. Please review the following guidelines for our exchange policy:

Eligible Items for Exchange:

1. Items must be in their original condition.

2. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

1. Items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Hats and bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

3. Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process:

To make an exchange head to our RETURNS PORTAL and follow the steps below:

1. Enter your order number (e.g. #2456) 

2. Enter your Email or Phone Number
2. Select which item(s) you're returning/exchanging and why.
3. Select the method you’ll be returning your order by (you'll also see your 
nearest drop-off point)

4. Depending on your return method, you may need to download a returns label 
or present a QR code when returning. Simply attach it to your parcel or present 
the QR code and take it to your nearest drop-off point.

Processing Time:

The processing time for your exchange depends on how long it takes for your chosen courier to deliver the items back to our warehouse. Once we receive your items, we will process the exchange as soon as possible.

Non-Workman Items Returned:

If you accidentally or incorrectly return a non-Workman item to us, it will be the responsibility of the sender, not Workman Trading Co. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee a resolution in such cases.
